About Me

I'm a student working on two MFAs. One is in painting, at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. The other is in nonfiction literature at the Bennington Writing Seminars. My teachers for these enterprises are Eileen Neff, Phillip Lopate (hosannas!), George Scialabba, Gerald Nichols, Gerard Brown.

Spot is my horse. He's a twelve-year-old registered Morgan/Pinto cross, bred in Hunt, NY, who will jump (or eat) anything. He models for my paintings.
